By using this software, you agree to the terms that the author cannot be held liable in any way for any accidents or damages resulting from incorrect data supplied by "Aviation Weather". Therefore, "Aviation Weather" should not be used for flight planning.

"Aviation Weather" uses and interprets data from a data source, selected by the user. Check the data on their web-sites in case of any doubts. Some values (density altitude etc.) are calculated based on the data source.

"Aviation Weather" checks (by fetching an XML file which contains the actual version only) when opening the preferences panel whether a new version is available.
